Revenue comes from Kontera and text links i havnt added adsense to it yet.

The site has unique content which can be found under the articles section.
The site has a finance directory installed which is custom made for the site and is fully integrated into mybb so you can arrange to have it whereby you need x number of posts to upload your info (or set it to 0), The skin was based on another skin but has been changed a lot and so is completely unique also.

Traffic isnt great its around 500 a month but the site is 3 months old so will obviously increase, i have also just today arranged for someone to submit the site to finance directories and also to digg/stumble the site so i would imagine in the next few days i will see that increase.

I had every intention of working this through to the end however due to personal circumstances with myself and time constraints with my partner we have decided to sell. My partner is 100% behind the sale and there will be no discrepencies with the domain content or anything else.


You will be buying a site that has a lot of uniqueness to it and is ready to promote as such. Nothing needs to be done to the site as a whole everythgin is run through the 1 mybb control panel. (mybb is forum software largely regarded as a free competitior to vb).

site has earnt around $30-40 in the 1 full month it was online so will set the BIN at $400 which is just over 10 months revenue but based on the fact there has been no adsense on the site, i think $400 could easily be reached in 6-7 months

also forgot to mention there are 1 or 2 presell articles purchased which will have to be kept on the site but they shouldnt affect the site in anyway as they are content articles all finance related

 

no! the site is not banned by adsense. I have never done anything dodgy or iffy with anyone of my websites.

I did pay for some posts to get a little content there yes, however the registrations arnt all mine some people have genuinely signed up and are nothing to do with me at all

the forum will create vast amounts of page views if you advertise pay per impression

Im selling due to receiving some bad news in my family, and also with chris not having the time to cover both my role and his we have decided to sell this site as we dont have the time to get it to where we would like to within the timescales we set ourselves.

I will check with Chris and i will give the closing date/time later on today, however we would like as close to the $250 as possible, it may aswel sit on a server with us doing nothing and it would earn $60.
