I suspect, but do not know, this is a result of the hardware failure Friday. Thanks for the alert.

    Hello

http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/geovisitors/ has some sort of an error, and shows only your own location, and not everyone that visits your site any more.

    Can this be fixed please?

    regards
    DL

The warning messages have disappeared, but it still doesn't seem to be working...other than showing you your own location on the map.

It stopped working again, and the warning messages are back up:

I think i found the problem..
Sites that started to use the service after Shawn did a backup have/see errors. Sites that have been using the tracking button before that period still have everything working.

I managed to (maybe) discover this after i noticed that isee the above errorson my new sites that i am ading while my blog for example shows all is up & working ..

    JFYI again :D

We added the code to Kaqoo Auction Network as we thought it would be a nice plaything for the users.

If we check the site in our sig. it rarely works; but if we check sites within the network it usually works!

Each Network site is run independently, is not hosted with us and could be anywhere in the world. Perhaps it is because we pass it over the Network, although I don't see why this would make a difference..........

    Hello,

I'm having the exact same error messages on my geo visitors page. I have been using this tracker for almost two years now and up until maybe the past two weeks, I've never had a problem. Now when I click on the box from my myspace page, I get the same errors as everyone else here and I only see one green balloon in my home area. I have to go back and forth a bunch of times before I see the normal tracking map come up and even that seems to be missing some visitors. I even downloaded Mozilla Firefox as it suggested and it still does the same thing.

    Please help!

    Thanks.
    Irene

I have the same problem. Sometimes it will work after going back and forth a few times, but usually not.

Shawn is this tool left broken and abandon? Like so many other I would have liked to use it. Seems to work on the DP forums but showing errors on the product page.

Also instructions as to how to implement it in vbulletin forums like it is here at DP would be helpful.
