Sorry if someone already posted this, but I just noticed something cool that (atleast for me) is only showing up on the big daddy data center. If you are running IE 7 beta and visit http://64.233.179.104/ you will notice a box on the top right of the page that says "Make Google your search engine in Internet Explorer," followed by a button that reads "Make Google my search." If you click it, you get a prompt asking if you want to download setie7defaultsearch.exe. This changes the default "search box" in ie 7 to google. Anyway just something new/cool I noticed.
Excellent. It seems that Google is taking action, altough Microsoft is trying to do everything in it's power to stop it.
Yeah. I was actually really surprised to see that MS added a search box that could be set to something OTHER than MSN. Google really seems to be the first to react to (or initiate) anything new.
Isn't this just the same tactic that yahoo uses on firefox. The first time you use yahoo on firefox, it explains how to set yahoo as your search engine in the top right search bar.
