There were some markets today that reported they had the new MSN beta engine in place of the old MSN. this was reported on another seo forum. If this is true maybe MSN is releasing this in a few markets at a time.
It appears, from the discussions on other forums, that select MSN Beta users received a cookie redirecting main MSN searches to the Beta engine. Those who saw the beta engine results in the main MSN page were reverted back to the old Inktom results after deleting their cookies. It is, at least, a good sign. Personally, I would think (read hope) they would run more live tests, even a regional roll out after resolving a few minor GUI glitches like: skewwed page# links on pages 2+ total number of results changes on sub pages. They have created a huge index with very relevent results and is infinitely better than the current results. Let it roll.
