Premium PR3 Directory with $364 Revenue in the Last Three Months!

After a hard decision, today I am selling my 9-month-old premium link directory, N1Q.NET.

* The directory is a high-quality and clean one which has also revenue. The revenue in the last 3 months was $363.75 . You can see PayPal screenshots and details of submissions below:

-5 regular+3 deeplinks review submissions: $39.75
-3 featured link review submissions: $44.85
-3 featured+5 deeplinks review submissions: $59.85
-10 sitewide text-links for $15/3months each: $150.00 -eight of them expired, the last two expires on Dec 8th.-

* My directory has over 10,000 links in Yahoo and nearly 1800 pages indexed in Google. Although it is PR3 on the toolbar, Google Webmaster Tools show that 2% of the indexed pages have Medium PR which is considered as PR5 (+-1).

* It also ranks #4 for quality link directory search in Google among nearly 33,000,000 results. Some detail pages of listings also rank high.

* The directory uses phpLD 3.2.0 licensed version and has a great template. The template was designed for phpLD free version but I modified it and made available for phpLD 3.2.0 . I also installed deeplinks mod and different payment options mod.

* The domain n1q.net is more than nearly 15 months old and expires on 2008-08-31. You can have a free push to your NameCheap account.

* After the sale, you will get the domain, directory files and database. I can host the directory for one month if you want, while you are becoming ready to host it.

Considering the revenue and the potential of directory, I set the prices as:

Starting bid - $500
Minimum Increment - $50
BIN - $ 1600

Payment will be done via Escrow.com, you can use your PayPal balance or credit card etc. there. I can pay the Escrow fee (standard) if you make BIN offer, otherwise we will share it, 50:50.

You can't remove any link on the directory after buying it. All should remain. -except the sponsored ones on the sidebar of course-

Also remember that since this directory is a result of hard work, I have a reserve price in my mind. If the offers are too low, or in any other condition, I have the right not to sell the directory and close the auction.
