MSN adCenter not available for indians?

I tried to signup but i could not, i just wanted to make sure with the members here.

Just go to msn adcenter site and see if you can create a new account. In the list of some 7-8 countries i cant see india...

I'm sure if you ring them up, it can be resolved rather quickly. I like calling them, they are helpful over the phone.

Yes its open for Indians too..... But we are not eligible for getting Free Credits...... But I managed to get some $600 when they launched that program... I used fake US address and VCCs. Then I heard that they are calling advertisers after signup then I didnt tried... now am not using adcenter for a very long time.......

yes use VCC to first get the account with free credit and then add another valid credit card ..
