Ecommerce Site 7-12K monthly sales

I launched my Ecommerce site in Nov of 06'. I got great rankings in all of the major search engines especially Google...Since Jan the site has had total sales of $81,699.38. I have been working on the site to increase conversion by adding just the simple shit I didn't even think about when I first started. The site looks Ok but not super because I designed it myself and I am no graphic designer....But hey its makin killer money...

3 dropship wholesalers who ship to US and Canada...Starting shipping worldwide in Aug....So I expect next year to be even better.

Most products are 100% markup....Buy for 5 sell for 10..

I have not messed around with the cross selling and upselling features yet.This would increase sales and conversions.

I am working on adding list building techniques.

I am working on optimizing the images for search.

Also working on increasing product page rankings using my seo techniques.

I just have a lot of projects that I would like to persue and I just can not handle the workload...I am a SEO not a customer service specialist ya know.

I didn't add any analytics when I first started the site but have added analytics to main product pages so it gets around 6-1000uniques daily..

Recently listed in major directories such as yahoo, business.com, botw, joeant, stpt but other than that no paid advertising and these directories are paid for almost another year....All traffic organic, direct and referalls.....No paid advertising....But if you did you will definitely make even more money.

Ranking for thousands of keywords in its niche......This site has lots of potential because the lack of my knowledge when I first built the site....But since then I know so much more and have started implementing the techniques into the site.....Pm for details...

I am a bum marketer so I do not pay for traffic...I know of shit loads of ways to get free traffic that I have not used to their full potential yet.

I figured I'd add this too.....I have 562 articles in Ezinearticles and I am the top wedding author....with 3,311 ezinepublishers....If you know what that means....basically my articles are all over the internet with my links in them....And really my articles are not that old either...I've only been publishing for about a year now and as they tend to age they get more powerful.....And since I am the top author my articles get picked up daily.....Plus I have shitloads of free traffic sources that I have not yet utilized to their full potential because I am a one man show...My wife just spends the money and drives a 50K car...LOL!
