Unlimit PayPal help - add cc/bank
Alright, will a VCC work to confirm that much and how can I do the bank part?

Canadian paypal account, personal...anything else that can help let me know.

Contact storeskin, he can offer you the needed bank account and I think a VCC will work then too. No ID needed?

No ID needed so far, they may decide to limit it again though grr

I heard you offer VMI also, if I end up waiting 180 days can I cash the money even if not my name on the account? Contacting storeskin

Why don't you go to your local bank and get a bank account if you do not have one and at the same time apply for a credit card. It should not be too difficult in Canada as if you fulfil the requirements to sign up for a paypal account, you should fulfil the requirement to open a bank account.

Why don't you add a new address to paypal .. make second address which is your real one Primary address and then remove the old address. then add the required documents ...

I think you can withdrawl your money from your limited account access using VMI card but you must wait it for 180 days.
One of DP member had tried it and its works. I forget the name of that member.
Btw, when your account was limited?

Sorry I forget it, Your paypal account are Canadian Paypal, right?
I think you must forget your funds in it. Coz, VMI card cant be used for UK,US,Ca,Aus Paypal account.

You are just breaking too much terms of the contract which you agreed with when you sign up with paypal. You really cannot blame anyone but yourself for being in this position.

Come on people this ghost.d0wn guy just keeps lying on and on ... he's underage, he doesn't have anything but he is trying to sell hundred of dollars worth of moneybookers or egold .... his paypal is limited, everyone says he's a scammer ... enough with him.... I hope I will be his last victim !
He scammed me today of $55 egold.
