Help! I think I have just been scammed by TadSenseQ

Discussion in 'General Chat' started by reachforthesky, Nov 14, 2007.

I have already paid him for a $50 activated adwords account and he has not delivered. I sent him PMs but he has not replied and I saw that he was online all the while replying to other threads and PMing other people.

    What should I do?

TadSenseQ if you are there, pl reply to my PM now! you were so eager to transact and the moment I sent you the money, you stopped replying to PM, what's up with that?

I think you can chargeback if you have paid him via Credit Card. Just try to open a dispute or atleast wait for a day.. Maybe he isn't really a scammer..

By the way, I think the thread should be moved to General Chat forums, Just ask a mod to move it. :)

if you have a look at his profile he has joined just 2 days ago and has over 100 posts which definitely looks suspicious.

First, I would hit the report button on this thread and ask to have it moved to General Chat before you get an infraction. Second, you just did the transaction with in the last two hours and you started complaining right away:
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?p=5216953#post5216953

I am not sure if this guy is a scammer or not but less than two hours is not enough time to start accusing someone openly. Try to resolve it privately than charge back if you need to. You may be jumping the gun.

You also dealt with a brand new member with no iTrader which is risky with these kinds of trade. You may have bought yourself a $50 life lesson.

I wouldn't have been so anxious if not for the fact that he kept PMing me enthusiastically about paying him and once I did, he stopped replying to my PMs. And he was online all the time (replying to other threads and other people's PMs). I waited and waited and I PMed him as well but he didn't deliver what he promised.

I think you can do some chargeback in paypal. You just need to dispute him and am sure you will win this case if he could not provide evidences.

Hope it can be resolved... If he still doesn't deliver the product as promised, just open a dispute a paypal so that you can charge back the amount.

And they won't. Paypal does not get involved in intangible transactions; and chances are if he was out to scam the account is already empty and you're screwed either way.

hold on and wait.. maybe you want it quick but the man you transact with is still busy.. just try
to contact him in the private way before it bounce back to the accusing..
be patient and with in the days he still did not response or did not do the agreement..
try to charge him back or report him..

its still against the WEB ETHICS LAW if he's a scammer..
    be cool :)
