Hey guys,

I started CustomizeMyPSP.com at the start of the month (November 1st), gained a lot of instantaneous activity from recruiting another board, who brought their member base over. The board always has regular members online. Features PSP themes, icons, waves, you name it, a lot of resources.

The main portal is run on Wordpress (that just launched a couple days ago), and the forums are run on vBulletin (vBulletin license is NOT included in the sale).

In the 12 days that Adsense has been up, it has generated $20, so I'm guessing one can make an upwards of $50/month (currently, the board just started, is generating more traffic everyday, and new posts are being indexed with the sitemap).

Being that the website has been up for less than two weeks, the website is unranked as far as PR goes. I'm expecting at least PR3, but more than likely PR4 when the PR is updated. Already within the first couple of weeks, it's ranked in the top 500,000 as far as Alexa goes; coming in at 433,765 as of this writing.

The reason I'm getting rid of it is because I've just started a joint venture with major investors that will require a lot of my time and is more of a priority to me than CustomizeMyPSP.com. However, I made sure CustomizeMyPSP.com was completed before selling it off. The blog is up and working perfectly, forums as well, installed a couple of mods on one skin, and the website is basically good to go.
