    It is Pagerank 3. There are 1000+ backlinks to the blog.

    There is an article section to the site http://alltechmasters.com/articles
    There is not that much earning from the Articles section but a bit of traffic there.

    I have spent lots of money on the site. I have promoted it really hard. I will help the new owner with how to get traffic to this site. The new owner will learn how to promote it as well. Thx.

    Also the site does get traffic from google. appreas on frontpage of google for over 30 major keywords.
