Number of orders - 1, commission - $0

In my reports it shows that number of orders is equal to one item, but the commission is still 0. Why?

 

that's because the order hasn't been paid yet. you will get your referral fee once the order has been paid. that's why you should see your earning report, not your order report. hope that helps

Yes, they order it but hasn't paid yet and they may cancel if they want to.

The item has been ordered but Amazon charges only when they ship when it's an Amazon product or when they send it to the third party if it's not.

Sometimes orders don't get shipped at all due to fradulent activity, cancellation, unavailable item etc. and you never get paid for it.

 

I had this happend to me too. It showed 2 orders, but $0 comission. After 3 days my comission showed up. Don't know the reason, but your not the only it has happened too.

 

That's because they shipped it 2-3 days later

 

order > ship > pay

you will see number of fee in pay

 

Next time, you will see the report, like no order, but shipped, and you got referral fee

Coz one day order wothout ship, then later next day will ship without order. You get the point ^_^

You'll be paid only for dispatched orders.. Number of orders is different from dispatched ones!!
