Has anyone had a similar problem with the Yahoo! store that I am currently having? Some customers either email or fax their credit card info, usually for custom orders. As the purchase is not through my Yahoo! store, Yahoo! offers a Manual credit card processing option for precisely this issue. To make a long story short 3 manual transactions, were not charged, even though Yahoo! verified the charge at the time of processing! Now I have to backtrack all manual Yahoo! store orders, and review with Yahoo!'s generally unhelpful staff.
