New Payment System on the Way

I wrote to Adsense a week back and told them of my frustrations as a non US publisher in cashing US cheques - especially when they get over $2K. I wasn't expecting them to do anything about it but rather did it to relieve some frustration for myself and let them know that I was a bit peeved.

Anyway - their reply email was pretty standard (bot-ish) - but it did say that they are hoping to offer other payment options in the months ahead! Interesting. I wonder what these are - or if they were just trying to keep me satisfied with the hope of something changing. It'll be an interesting one to follow.

Yes you might hope for it for a long time. A Webmasterworld member who attended last webmasterworld conference heard Google representative that they have no plans for other payment option in the near future. I hope he is lying.

Yep, I got the same "bot" mail a few weeks ago when I inquired about direct deposit...
