Business: Search an event, make a post about the event (less than 30 minutes, 60 if you want to write an article for submission, too), get traffic, make money from ticket affiliate programs.

As you see I've made only one post about Van Morrison's concert in New York. 1.5 months before the event. Invested 5$ for 100 bookmarks and 5$ for article submission of approx.200 words. I still hold the position on the first google-page for
"van morrison nyc"
"van morrison new york concert"
"van morrison new york tickets" (3rd but have been 1st during the first few weeks of the post)
etc.
These keywords, specially the third one, are very valuable. Since people looking for them already want to buy those tickets. You just need to offer a short info about the event and a link to your affiliate program. A pretty simple business.

Traffic:
Generated low but hight targeted traffic of about 90 visitors before the event for the keywords mentioned above (1-2 visitors a day).

Revenue:
51$ for one hour job. (3 sales) I made the mistake to target an event that older people are interested in. If I had targeted an event for younger people, who are more open to buy online, the conversion and traffic would have been much higher. I think that it's possible to make 100$+ per post (investing approx. 5$-15$ for promotion of each post)

I'm more than sure that with 5 hours of work per week you should be easily generating 500$-1500$+ of clean profit per month.

Why I sell:
It's been an experiment of mine in niche marketing. And a very successful one I must say. But I focus on another niche right now, working on 5 highly-niched blogs that take away most of my time.

I really have no true interest nor knowledge in celebrities/music. Therefore this business must go.
