Just Ignore them, sounds like they are just trying to scare you, they are just a consultancy agency that provide secure domain solutions for there customers. Are you based in China also?

Just my 2 bobs although I dont have much experience myself in this. Someone more experienced with this might be able to suggest something..

I just received a similar email. The contents are below. The whole premise and scare tactic they are trying really angers me.

First, a company attempting to register any of my domain names will get an instant notice from the registrar's domain search tool that the domain is taken. In some cases I have the .com, .net, and .org names. If they want my domain with a different top level domain, like a .cn for China, then be my guest. That's why there are alternate top level domains.

Second, since when can a company register a "Key Word"? Isn't that what search engine optimization is all about!! Now I know AOL has keywords, but AOL accounts for less than 2% of my traffic. Google and Yahoo dominate the search market, and that's all a "May the best man win" fight in the search engine positioning.

I'm posting this so hopefully others will find it via a monster search engine like Google.com or Yahoo.com.

Don't respond to the email folks. Delete it, and bookmark this page if you need a reminder later.

These people are preying on unsuspecting, honest people.

This is what I received from these idots. Their site "http://www.onvis.com.cn/" must be banned for using such cheap methods and luring customers. Isn't there a regulatory body where complain can be lodged?

Really bugs me because they keep sending me reminder e-mails.

I think some people in China have too much time on their hands and they are so desperate to get business outside their own country that they resort to this kind of scamming. It's nothing to worry about although it's on the increase and people need to be aware that it is going on. I frequently get similar things-just ignore it. It reminds me of the money scamming emails involving African agencies. Who hasn't received one of those?! :D

I am an registrar censor in China, I hate to agree that there are so many bad behavior registrars in China deploying scam strategy. I hereby attach the latest news from CNNIC for you as below.
    CNNIC exposed scammer registrar
For the sake of protecting users’ rights and interests, improving users’ experience, fostering continuable development of the industry, Chinese registration service providers of Internet Address resources signed Industrial Self Regulation Memorandum for Registration Service Providers of Internet Address resources in 24th July, 2007 and started to provide their services in a self regulated manner. The number of signed entities has exceeded 230 covering 31 provinces, cities and municipal regions by now.

Despite the improvement of majority’s service level, a few of entities continued to work against users’ rights and interests. As the supervisor of the memorandum, CNNIC cooperated with Beijing HKZC Network, the most famous domain registration censor organization and domain dispute solutions provider, verified following 65 entities that broke the rules up to 31st Jan, 2008.
