toby, i mentioned unicode (utf-8) not encode.
so basically you are getting the ascii version plus the unicode one (for example, toby in ascii is equivalent to &#116 ; &#111 ; &#98 ; &#121 ; in unicode (remove spaces)).

it is browser depend, not server this is why i made the unicode version too in order to make the reversed text show for most browsers.
So if you place the ascii version, not all browsers might be able to read it. but if you paste the unicode version in your page's source code, it should show up fine.
