I wasn't going to bother as he only ripped me off $22 PAYPAL.

Basically I needed $20 E-Bullion and he said he would do the trade. He found me off this forum as I started a thread requesting a trade. He then added me to MSN and that is where the deal was made.

After sending the $22 PAYPAL to him at (Nio from this forum) I waited and waited and he never sent me the $20 E-Bullion. I filed a claim with PayPal and told him .... he then had a sad and said he wasn't going to transfer me the money unless I closed the dispute.... of course like a fool I did and then he went on telling me I got scammed.

He is on DigitalPoint and he thinks because he has a high iTrader no one would believe me.

I wasn't going to bother posting this on here as it was a ridiculous $22, which is obviously a lot for this guy. The he kept being a smart ass about it so I called his bluff and here is the post.

Here is the latest conversation I had with him on MSN:

    I called his bluff.....

I am Dan and this other guy is Nio off this forum.

My words of advice, don't deal with this lowlife.

    Nio: Your call....

This guy really annoyed me.... he thought because he had a 128 iTrader that no one would beleive me and take his side.

So I posted this ..... I called his bluff.

I don't care about the $22 all I care about is petty thieves like this who don't deserve to do business.

Who are you going to believe... a 128 iTrader or me with more posts, reputation, iTrader and putting the reputation of my own company (AdToll.com) on the line.

I know who I would believe.

Posting his personal information against his will is against the law. Two wrongs don't make a right.

Dang, sorry man about your 22$. You have every reason to be pissed at him. Thanks for the heads up ( note to self: never trade / buy / sell anything to him )

Plus I believe you. Because you would have nothing to gain if you did it for no reason.

Exactly.... there's nothing to gain for me.

Like I said I do not care about the $22, it's the principal!

That's all I am going to say on the subject.... I just wanted to set the record straight.

    Thanks for listening.

That is only appropriate if the sale was conducted via DP. If not, as appears to be the case here, a negative iTrader would be viewed as iTrader abuse.

If you're from a third world country (like mine) that would be about one sack of rice which would be enough for 1 month, I think.. hehe :p

I think you should make him a negative iTrader . I wonder if this could be also a ground for banning?
