UK Superweb directory state "A full refund is given to any website not accepted. A listing normally takes 5/7 days to be reviewed and published within the resource."

We paid for a listing for UK One Way Links in their directory on 29 August. After a couple weeks we contacted UK Superweb. They replied about a week later that their site was to go under refurb and when done in a couple months they would add our site.

A couple of weeks ago I contacted them again and had no reply. I have just contacted them again and in the contact form on their site made clear that the next step was to announce in forums to make webmasters aware of their directory and its behaviour.

Didn't pay through Paypal - It was Worldpay. I do not have an account with them but will contact them anyhow.

Looks like they are doing a pretty quick job there.

Thanks, we'd rather have the refund. The money is not the issue as much as the service.

Your £29+VAT was refunded, business is not about pushing people to get what you want.

 

Also your site is poor, when I visited there was no content! Next time be nice to people and forget about threats, smile!

 

No.... business is about putting your client above everything else including whatever plans you may have for your directory.
The site should have been refunded immediately after you where notified they wanted a refund since NO review had been done...

Comical, you lot keep on with you free-for-all link webs. Malcolm are you aware that your excuse for a site links to adult content Biz-Giant Directory Network - disgraceful! Do you have kids or are you one! In 10 years I've never come across someone that promotes porn!

 

moshoey, we run a quality website that offers a quality service with no false promises like some directories.

If you are unable to run your site and stick to your own submission guidelines then you should simple not be in the business.

As for claiming we copied your submit content - that is pathetic and if you feel this way then you seek a legal advice with immediate effect and stop trying to cover your childish excuses for not being able to run a website sufficiently.

We gave you more than enough time to add our website and yet after two months of having our submission fee you did not action it.
