i see proxy sites can run banner and text links on them also it is possible to convert proxified pages into affiliate links.. is cpa affiliate programs will accept proxy traffic?? as majority of the traffic is from schools what type of cpa offers can be promoted with proxy sites??? thanks in advance for replying
