    I was surprised myself, as none of my websites have ever had this kind of revenue right off the bat.
    Like I said, it's a popular niche and apparently someone's searching for it somewhere.

    Wow, you guys are quick with the accusations. I just looked at the site and saw 5 pingbacks on his first few articles, which could possibly explain why he had so many visitors.

    I've also heard that this is an extremely well-paying niche, so I think you guys better back up your accusations if you start them.

    I've only owned the site a couple weeks, but I've put hours upon hours of work into it, and it seems to be getting a respectable number of hits.
    The good thing about the debt consolidation niche is that is gets a high CTR. All of the clicks I have gotten have paid anywhere from $1.50 to $3.00 so very few clicks are needed to achieve a hefty paycheck.

    I took a screenshot of my AdSense earnings this morning, as you can see it has a 9.09% CTR, which is pretty good. The earnings really speak for themselves.
