Very good thread! What about affiliate network ClixGalore? They offer mostly CPC & CPA, but there is a possibility for CPM as well. And have a lot of important advertisers. I use it the most of all affiliate networks

Nice list. This is the third time that I have been to this thread now as when I have been searching through google for a list of networks, it seems to bring this list near the top of the search results.
You can add Redux to the list. I'm averaging $.17-cent/CPM with them right now. Not great, but better than RealTech's lousy $.11-cent/CPM. http://reduxmedia.com/
Which CPMs out of that list support text-based advertising? And what are the best ones for text-based CPM?
I think he wants sites that pay on a CPM basis for text link ads. As far as I know Fastclick does do text ads now, but they are paying their affiliates on a CPC basis for displaying these ads.
