I'm pretty sure your server can't handle those "unlimited" accounts and stay alive (hey cpanel itself is a resource hog) And to make some profit @$15/ account (each one would consume huge resources), you have to put a considerable number of them on one box, making things worse. Hey Load of 17 isn't good, infact its worse. Even for 4 cpu cores, average load is 4, which is generally less than 1 if the server isn't being abused.

The server owner suspended 3 of my customers for lots CPU usage. I am trying to deal with him now, and solve the problem. I think that wasn't what I expected when I bought reseller hosting from him. However, I'm sorry but he told me that this kind of proxies need a dedicated server. I will give you a refund if you want, but please understand that it's not my fault. Sorry for the inconvenience.
