You can get some good response at webmasters forum as well, just give a try to DP and v7n. Not that sure about the number of downloads you'll have, but the places are dense populated with bloggers so a fair assumption is to have a good exposure!

I wish there was a more central site for WP themes like when themes.wordpress.net was in full swing. Any news if it will ever return to what it was?
