    Hey guys,

    We're opening up a new team of quality coders, but of course- we need the coders!!

    We need:
    1- Flash action script coder
    2- PHP/Mysql coders (ajax is a plus)
    1- Photoshop designer
    1- PHP/MySQL/Ajax coder who is interested in learning the facebook platform
    1- C coder
    1- Java/ javascript coder
    1- SEO specialist
    1- Joomla Coder
    1- CSS/XHTML Valid coder

    This is how it will work.

    We are going to choose you guys based on your quality of work. So we need you guy to forward us your profile/resume, and then to be absolutely sure that you're what you say you are- you'll have to complete a job. We'll give you the job.

    For example.
    Php/Mysql coders, you'll have to make a simple website. 1 will be the company's site and the other will be a site that everyone else will be working on. Flash coder will be making an MP3 chopper and converter for the website and the other coders will be doing other jobs. The C coder will be making a simple desktop application, the Photoshop/CSS coders will be doing both websites (need to get a feel for the designer). SEO specialist, you're going to have to get the other website to top keywords on the SERPs, you need to be really good at what you do.

    How much do you get paid?
    You basically do nothing but code. I will find the jobs for you, and I can almost guarantee that you'll be pretty busy :). We are going to take a minimal 5-10% out of the payment. 5% if its through PayPal and 10% is its a bank transfer. You will be paid after the completion of the job.

    How much time will I need to dedicate to this?
    ALOT. Especially if you know the Facebook platform. The SEO specialist will have to optimize every site we put out before the client even gets the site. You can then be hired by the client for further SEO work :).

    What do I need to give you?
    You need to post here and then PM me with the following information. Please follow this:
    1. Your name
    2. Your hourly price
    3. Your portfolio
    4. How long you've been coding
    5. The best site you think you've done
    6. When you can start

    Please PM me asap as coders will be chosen in the coming days.
