Wasn't sure where to post this one! I am looking for scripts for a new travel site, which is very customer focused, and I am looking for scripts / programs which will allow customers to submit a ticket for support. Also, I've seen sites that have a FAQ database, where all important questions can be found and readers can say if it's helped them, and how good the answer was etc. Any suggestions?
