Fan Site with Unique Template - need to sell it fast - very CHEAP !!

    Hello there !

    I'm selling my fan site of Chad Michael Murray ( great actor, very popular ) - i'm selling it because i need money to promote my new site valterbirsa.info !

    Traffic: I don't know about traffic because i have changed hosting company but i think its about 10-20 uniques per day.
    Marketing: I didn't promote this fan site yet because i didn't have any money. I have only post some threads on One Tree Hill forums.
    Revanue: I have AdSense on this fan site but revanue is very small - few dollars or even less.

    Template is unique done by me and coded to properly XHTML and CSS.

    I think this fan site has a lot of potencial because he is young and he is a star already. Domain is perfect and will expire in May 2008
