    I have two developed sites (.com & .net) plus the .info & .us undeveloped domains included.

    Site # 1 - Seo Tools & Word Cloud
    Minimal traffic & no revenue as hasn't been promoted
    Includes both a featured (paid) & free word cloud plus various seo tools so has potential.

    Site # 2 - General Web Directory
    Alexa traffic rank 694,949
    It receives steady traffic & averages around 80 submissions daily
    Made a little from adsense but otherwise not monetized
    Has over a 1000 active links and almost 700 pending
    750+ categories
    Phpld 2.1.2 script

    I need to get these sites & domains sold as I don't have time to manage them, and will consider offers over $50.

    Domains are registered with Godaddy until April 2008 (free push)

    I accept paypal.

    *This was previously listed but the person that was interested in purchasing didn't get back to me so now relisted.

    Just wanted to add the web directory has been averaging over a 100 unique visitors per day since September 17th with very little promotion.

    Still accepting offers until 10/26 and BIN is $100 for the 2 sites (.com & .net) plus 2 domains (.info & .us). Current Alexa rank for the directory is 504,170.
