Why must people snitch? I don't get it. Let google handle it. They review sites all of the time and will be found out eventually.

True in most cases. If you're an adwords publisher with your ads on this site it may be time to email google. Otherwise what can you gain from doing such? At best the owner of the site could sue you if they find out you're trying to hurt their business.

In fact, they will not be able to sue anyone. First of all, the site owner has no idea who 'snitched' on him. Second of all, his practices are against the TOS, so HE is at fault in the law's eyes, not the person who reports to Google. Third, Google has 'Report a Policy Violation' tools for a reason.

As members of the same program who follow the rules, if you are interested in upholding the value and ethics of the program, I see no reason to not report any and all violations.

the only reason i would report someone would be if i was an adwords publisher and had ads on that site.

I would advise you to post the URL, so people who actually are considerate enough to stop crimes from happening can also complain to Google about this guy who is stealing money.

I think Google should report those who steal such money and get away with some to local authorities or settle it in court to teach them a lesson.

Do not worry about those think you are snitching, because you are not. They are probably afraid that their account will be banned by such reporting one time because of wrong things they are doing too.

    Peace,

EVENTUALLY...you probably aren't an advertiser, are you. How would you feel if those were YOUR ads being fraudulently clicked? People gaming the system like that deserve to be booted out, they cheapen the entire program, among other things.

If it were YOUR ads being falsely clicked, and YOUR money was going down the drain, you would want someone to "snitch" I think.

cant agree more. Adwords advertisers are loosing money with click fraud.

I guess people need to change their mindset. "If its not hurting me then why do i care" kinda attitude needs to change. If people start to care a little more, this world would be a perfect place. Alas, i feel sorry for my adwords advertisers being cheated by a dishonest publisher.

Are you sure it's about google ads?
I know a similar case when the owner encouraged the users to click on ads that were payed by page views and not clicks. This was happening at the beginning of that forum, some years ago. When that forum grew and they introduced google adsense the words from 2 years ago could be interpretated as "click on google ads", but they were not actually saying that.
