FanAddict: Yep, landing page and keywords will be included in the sale. I haven't decided on an end time yet. To be honest, I'd just assume sell the whole package to one person. A website with proven rev, a PR4 blog with traffic, and 7 other sites, plus a year free hosting is a pretty sweet deal, I'm pretty sure I can find someone to take me up on it and just be done with it.

tolisd: The sites are hosted on my reseller account from hostgator. They're good, they've got a 99% uptime guarantee, all my sites load fast, I've never had any problems.
