need some respectable ram capacity(2 gb or better)
processor, dual if possible.
at least 80gb space
8 ips
1500 gb/month or better
minimum 5mb/s average
unlimited domains and sub-domains
cpanel installed
linux os
reliable server(99.9% uptime )

this will be the hosting for some of my main proxy sites.
