    Reason for selling:
    I don't want to be a directory owner, I'm having a lot more fun developing my other sites

    Notes:
    1) Please do not post the URL or title in this thread
    2) If I sell this site, the new owner will need to honor any previous link sales
    3) The owner will receive all information on the sites link exchanges, if you want to cancel an exchange, you need to let the other party know
    4) This was custom coded by me, but edited by another party, the new owner should understand ASP programming if they plan on editing anything
    5) Once again, ASP knowledge is recommended, just wanted to stress that

    The site has made $11.00 this month (about $9.98 after paypal fees)...

    I can provide proof of earnings... The PR is down to 0, but am willing to accept $40 for the site...
