    I am looking for affiliate programs that pay via PayPal as soon as a sale is made. Preferably in the financial services field, but anything that meets the immediate payment requirement would work. Any suggestions?

    I assume CPA or CPL then? Not CPM or CPC? I think it is worth mentioning, no one pays immediately after a sale is made. They all usually pay anywhere form 15 to 30 days later.

    Yeah you wont find a service that pays as soon as lead is generated. They would have no time to investigate whether your leads are valid or not.

    RocketProfit pays via Paypal, but they pay on net 15 terms (by the 15th of the following month).

    you can use almost any program and request them to pay you by paypal, if you are a big player. Except adsense.

    No one will pay you immidiately. They would be crazy to do that since they need to verify signups, traffic and basicly if you are not cheating so it always take some time to be paid and there is always some minimum amount of money you need to make before they send you the payment. I have some paypal sponsors on my site also, check the SIG.

Payout is on every first day of the month, through paypal or cheque.     Maxbounty and Revenueuniverse have the option to pay via PayPal. Maxbounty is net15. I am sure there are others but they don't pay immediately.
