Users can watch movie clips, leave a review, read movie descriptions, movie ratings and cast members for thousands of movies including hundreds of old classics and new releases. The site also has a great backend admin panel where you can add/delete/edit movies and more.

Site has 990 pages listed in Google
and 1,020 pages in Yahoo and is listed in all the major search engines.

I own a link building business and have spents lots of time putting out quality, high PR, related links for this site. I have also done lots of work on the internal and external SEO of this site to help it achieve the high PR in a relatively short time period.

Site has averaged over 9500 uniques per month the last 5 months and well over 70,000 page views per month. This site can be great for selling links, I have sold monthly sitewide links for a total of $293.00 The home theater furniture link must remain through July 2008. This site does not currently have AdSense or any PPC ads, but this would also be a great way to monetize this site.

I had experimented with some ad placement from Amazon, Google, eBay, Yahoo, text link ads and others in the beginning, but currently don't have any ads placed. It will be up to the new owner to optimize the site with any ads they wish.

The site has earned $293.00 from link sales, 1 link was bought for 1 year, the rest are monthly.

This BIN price is based not only on income, but also on history, many PR pages, traffic, time and money spent on link building, site and design. This site can be monetized much better in the right hands, I have not had the time to concentrate efforts on this. I have only sold sitewide links, but if the new owner decides to sell links on individual pages, much more links can be sold as this site has 10,000 pages+ This is a starting BIN price, it may be adjusted in the future. To the best of my knowledge, this site is not banned by AdSense. I have not run AdSense on this site or any others for the past 5 or 6 months.
If there is a way to check if it is banned, please let me know and I will verify. I did do a little research and found this info on SEOpedia that says even if a site or person is banned, other publishers can still place ads on the site, just not the banned person. So I am not for sure if it would be an issue anyway. I am not overly experienced with AdSense, so maybe someone else could shed some more light, but check out this link for more info:
