Here is the classic example of somone making a post when they don't know what they're talking about. Where are your links to counter evidence or facts? Here is the post of somone who clearly hasn't studied history or understands current events other than fox news and nbc. Here is a post from someone who links to a book written by an author who is probably brought and paid for by the big corporations/government by providing disinformation. You know what the real problem is? The real problem I see is that only a few people in this forum truly understand the mind of a evil genius, a true mastermind. I have to remember that only a small percentage of the population has an IQ of 125 or higher, so it is understandable that some of you people cannot understand the mind of the people who run our government. People who create problem reaction solutions time after time and laugh at you. Right now these "think tanks" are sitting around tables trying to figure out how to destroy the internet so we can't even come to forums like this and have discussions. Last year the Bilderbergers were talking about the Iran issue and how to deal with it. But because it wasn't on NBC and Fox, none of you people know about it. If and when the war with Iran breaks out, I hope none of you decide to become soldiers and go fight. Because if you do, and if you die, just remember you're dying for a government who could care less about you. Crazy Rob, most of that synopsis is full of people making comments about how great the book is. The fact that the book raises the question of whether or not the US is a force for democracy is irrelevant. In fact the quote "force for democracy" is a complete oxymoron or contradiction. How can anything be a "force" for freedom, when "freedom" is a term which is against force? I admit, I didn't click on the link. But when did I ever say the world is against me and everyone sucks? By the way, if everyone wants to read a REAL book about US foreign policy, go pick up the "Grand Chessboard" by Zbigniew Brzezinski, who along with David Rockefeller is co-founder of the Trilateral Commission.
Tesla I am not trying to make fun of you but who do you think this evil genius mastermind is? Is this a person or an organization? Your view of events and politics is very simple and linear and assumes that events in the world scale can be easily manipulate and controlled. Is there powerful men who try to influence for their own benefit? YES. Does Bilderbergers exists and they try to do what is beneficial for them? YES. Is there powerful organizations and think tank groups that collect information, analyze it and try to find solutions that serves their goals by any means? YES. Can these men or organization 100% control the events? NO. There are too many variables, politics, cultures, economy and most unpredictable of all humans for anyone or organization to have total control. Just look at the situation in Iraq and what neo-cons and Bush imagined as the best thing for them has turned in to a disaster and in the final analyze will be more beneficial to Iran than anyone else. Could anybody think 2 years ago that one day Bush will serve the Iranian's agenda and will be the best thing that happened to them?

CIA is a "Legal American Outlaw Agency" operating worldwide without any moral obligations in most of the cases, but not all, and finding themselves entangled in their own tricks after a while while trying to outsmart the world. Now for the first time Italy has issued arrest warrants for 11 CIA agents and other countries(EU) will follow suit. Too much credit was given to them for too long. The world would perhaps be a safer place without them. (Pakistan would not have nuclear bombs etc.)
The CIA has done a lot of stupid things throughout history, many of which eventually come back to bite them in the ass. Yet, they continue to do them. Not too intelligent, if you ask me. It reminds me of the Simpsons episode where Bart keeps electrocuting himself over and over again.
Thats the thing you guys don't get. The CIA is doing these things not by accident, but on purpose. How may times do they have to "screw up" before you begin to realize they are doing it on purpose? If they were truly idiots there would be times when they'd do things to work to our advantage, but that never seems to happen. What would happen if I "screwed up" and gave important military secrets to a foreign enemy if I had a high position in the US military? These masterminds are members of organizations, and they have an immense amount of wealth which surpasses that of Gates or Microsoft. My view on politics is not simple at all. In fact, it is extremely complex. You're dealing with people that have their hands in everything, and nothing they do works to our advantage. I don't understand why people think I'm the crazy one when history speaks for itself. Man has dominated, killed, and enslaved man since the dawn of history. Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Therefore, it is logical to conclude that since many of the people in Washington have power, they will be corrupt and should not be trusted. The fact that the founding fathers put the second amendment in the constitution also speaks for itself. They didn't trust government, so why should I? A few weeks ago the Chinese government machine gunned an entire village of people because they didn't want to give up their land to the "state". Thats what happens when you give the government all the power and let them have all the guns. You get slaughtered. It is impossible for me to understand why you would believe the government has your best interests in mind when they are constantly passing laws which weaken the very documents that protect your freedoms.
