Niche Amazon web services website *slingshots.us*

New site, so assume no income or traffic (but can check at http://slingshots.us/axs/ax-admin.pl).

Just completed this cool niche, slingshot (catapult), Amazon AWS site running on the paid version of Associate-O-Matic. This script automatically generates 100s, maybe 1000s, of search engine-friendly shopping pages and has a very nice admin backend. It allows visitors to add items to a shopping cart on your site and only checkout and pay at Amazon when they're done (no more separate purchases necessary). Has lots of other features too.

• In addition, I added 12 static content pages to give more value to and add stickiness to the site (see 'Site Menu' on the right). Some of these pages are auto-updating via the CaRP RSS parser and other scripts. All of these pages have custom Meta tags. It took a long time putting all of this niche content together!
• The site is revenue-bearing through Amazon, Adsense, eBay and the Catapult Kit affiliate program you can see on the right.
• I have hand-submitted the site to all important Search engines and it's being indexed right now.
• I created Google and Yahoo site maps and submitted them to help with SEO. If you want to see the number of pages in these, view googlesitemap.xml and sitemap.txt in the site root.
• I joined several Webrings to create traffic and help with SEO. I also created a new Slingshots webring at http://r.webring.com/hub?ring=slingshotsandcat and have invited most of the sites on the Links page, and others to join and also for a links exchange.
• The site participates in the DP Ad Coop.

All this took me several days.

Slingshots.us is the perfect short, generic, dictionary name for a US slingshot business - all other important extensions are taken.

The site runs on the paid version of the Associate-O-Matic script, which is NOT included. You have to get your own (and furnish proof to me before I will let you transfer the site), or I can downgrade the site to the free version where you loose some features (short URLs, shopping cart, etc.) and 10% of revenue goes to the developer.

I'm going to start this at a low price, before I spend even more time and effort on it. So get it now before it gets PR, income and traffic! Considering offers from $200.
