Best Of Directory

I picked up BestOfDirectory.com within the past year. To be completely honest I'm not too excited about building another directory, but I couldn't help registering it.

--Do you think people would be interested in a top 10 directory?-- Top ten most useful links per category. Not quite sure how it would work...obviously very little thought has gone into this. Any opinions on the idea?

I'd like to try something unique, but I guess my creative juices aren't flowing today. If you have a creative idea for a directory and don't plan on using it yourself please share.

I have an idea for ya, PHP Link Directory has a rating script plugin which lets people rate it, maybe you could show the top 10 rated sites in each category in a "special" way. Depends on how much coding you're interested in doing, but it would be nice to start with a powerful script so you wont have to start from scratch, since you're not too excited about building another Dir.

 

Thanks Roze. PHP Link Directory is a great script, although I prefer eSyndicat. It also has a rating script.

I guess I'm just bored with standard directories.

 

I've received a couple of PMs already about the domain asking about expiration and registrar.
