On http://www.google.by google has put ads on its homepage?

Have you seen other google homepages with ads?

 

No, I didn't see Google putting in Search Home page till now..This is the first time..

I wonder if google.by is owned by google. I couldn't find a whois server for that tld. Could be that they didn't get to that tld in time.
