Need someone to create a image hosting site

    I am looking to have a image hosting site created that apart from other usual features, should also include
    1. Watermark each n every picture
    2. Run adbrite and other companies ads on each page
    3. Display at least 3 other radom pictures when one picture is displayed.
    You can use a free image hosting script or your own script if you want.
    I will provide domain name and webspace
    If interested, PM all the details and expectation of price.
