This website does not takes long to run. You can even spend only one hours a month to manage it. Everything is automated except directory and tutorial submissions had to be reviewed to avoid junk sites and other inappropriate content.

It also does not use CMS. It had premade backend administration to handle submissions, add edit delete listing and generating sitemap for directory section
