Could not find much info about the owner but found some of the related sites - searchave.com, seekon.com, searchup.com, searchtwentyfour.com, searchtheweb.com, searchport.org, searchopolis.com, searchlynx.com, searchiq.com, whobuiltit.com I think all are owned by the same company.. Search whois of those and am sure u will find out something

lol That just means that the domain is "Privacy Protected". (Whois Guard or whatever you call it) @ OP Have you tried sending an email to PayPal ID you paid ?
This directory don't have any contact information and not even a contact form. So PayPal ID is your only option to get their attention. Do tell us how that goes for you.
