H1b visa/ F1 visa = no for Adsense or any making money online stuff

    Yes, if you are on H1B or F1 visa in US, DO NOT even open a account for any kind of making money online website because it is consider as work (independent contractor) and you will be out of status because of it

    If you provided your SSN and received a 1099 form, consider yourself fucked because once INS check with IRS (they won't do it unless INS need to review your working history when you extend your H1B or apply for green Card), a flag will raise and they will take action

    if you have no do it, don't even think about it. It doesn't worth to risk it
