What a great deal. But, hey, I can't believe that your statement "You may NOT resell this package" is legally binding.

Are you signing people up to a licensing deal or what? And in which country can't I resell them? It is against the law in my country to restrict fair trade.

So, if I buy a package, surely I can resell it.

 

I think by resell he probably means that you can't sell your copy on to half a dozen other people, in the same way that you're not allowed to buy Windows XP and then make a few copies for your mates.

Well, I presume you'd effectively be buying one copy of the code, just like you buy one copy of Windows XP. You'd really have to wait for a reply from the original poster though.

 

I will fix that. I missed that when setting up the new ones thanks for pointing that out.

Also as I created them I can restrict the sale of these as I see fit. As with any other product on the market they can be restricted. If someone decides that they are going to resell the product than I reserve the right to not sell the product to the person. You may also be legally held liable if you use a product made by someone else without their express written permission.

You have, however, built the sites primarily with content from other people and the content copyright belongs to the individuals concerned.

Pardon me, but there really is no such thing as an "Adsense Template". You can copy and paste Adsense code into any HTML document or template. I'd stay far away of any template designer who says their templates are Adsense ready or who is selling duplicated (mirrored) websites. It's a desperate marketing scheme just to make a sale and is a violation of Google's policies. Your site will get banned from the SEs and your Adsense account permanently terminated for spawning duplicated websites across the Internet.

 

Excuse me, but is this not the place to sell domains complete ready to go?

These can be had all over the internet cheap!
Check the contents for sale area and you will find good offers on these sites.

 

I have purchased these sites for curiosity sake.
But I have found that most are just old sites, or turnkey sites, a couple of years ago these were being sold as turnkey websites and ebook packages and in similar quantities, now they are just being branded as adsense ready sites, to make these sites all you need is the sales page and slap adsense above and below the page. Or another kind is just an article fished out of an article site and then with adsense slapped on it. Any body with an old eBook library can slap these up and claim them as adsense ready websites.

I have set a few up and am giving them away just to see if I get results.

Another quick adsense ready website is a blog or that's what I received in one dodgy pack.

These are a clear example of the sites and the motivation of the ebook author is obvious, he supplies a lot of referral links.

Each site I have looked at or installed is an article fished out from an article bank and must be displayed in full and contain authors URL if it doesn't then you are in breach of copyright.

 

As you have to host with the seller.
So the sites come with a big gotcha...
