Chemistry site, pr4 sitewide, 70$+ adsense per month

Description: Chemistry pictures is educational chemistry and biochemistry pictures and photos archive. This site is on unique topic on internet so no competition. It’s good for illustrating some chemistry and biochemistry (also biology) written essays or as image resource for teachers.

Layout: Site is unique, css controlled, tables, hand coded html(no backend for admin) with unique made logo(can provide psd file with several alternative options).

Content: I received 90% of content from some guy on chemistry chat room. He allowed me to place these images on my website if I don’t sell them and I don’t so no copyright problems. These images are not found anywhere else on web. 10% of images(all photos and few other pictures) are collected from other sites on web.

Site is old: at least 10 months not sure exactly how much

Traffic: All traffic is natural. Most of traffic comes from google image search, than Yahoo and Msn and after from various chemistry sites. Never exchanged links with other websites or paid for links. This website is linked from most of leading chemistry websites including universities websites. Recently it was linked from two pages on Liverpool university website which is strongest chemistry directory on the web(got links from two pr 6 pages). No backlinks are going to vanish after sale is made for sure.

Pagerank: 4 sitewide-all pages but from last page rank update this website was submitted to approximately 20 directories and was listed at 2 pr6 pages and on two pr5 chemistry blogs sitewide so I expect it to be at least 5

Earnings: This website generates revenue from adsense only. Please not that this site is on free server and is banned because of exceeded bandwidth at least 5 days per month

Why am I selling: This website has bigger potential than it’s doing now. I don’t have paypal account to upgrade hosting at Eccentrix.com so I can make site bigger and stop being banned because of exceeded bandwidth. Cost for hosting is 35$ for one year, or you can pay one time fee of 13$ to double bandwidth for lifetime.

What you get: Unique layout, logo and 90% of content, domain name chemistrypictures.org, established growing revenue , outgoing links free pages for selling text links, natural traffic. Website does not require time to run it (was updated with new content only one time from start). Topic is always popular.

What is bed: For some reason you can’t find this site for main keywords on normal google search, but from the other side majority of traffic comes from google image search so website isn’t banned in google. I believe this will change on next site update.
Another bad thing is that website must stay hosted on Eccentrix.com because traffic is built on their free domain name, but you can upgrade for cheap money and set up chemistrypictures.org domain.

No, there will be no problems as long as keep these images free for download. Thats for sure.
About site not loading now: I emailed my hosting becouse it seems thay have problems of some kind. This is first time something like this happens. I will update tread when I get response and site is back up.

I don't agree with you. You can upgarde to paid hosting cheap and host another domain name which you get and keep free domain in same time. This site makes money so I don't see reason why you feel that way.

I have had many problems with these in the past. If the site had it's own domain then I would offer you $700
since you have no domain to me its worth less.
If its making $70 per month, then my offer is $300

 

That is correct but you can upgrade to paid hosting for only for 35$ per year and set up another org domain, so there will be no problems. Reavnu is growing evry mont and I prefer to keep site for 3-4 months than sell it for 300$.

 

$400 is as high as I would go on this one.

Chemistrypictures.org is not leading becouse I must upgrade to paid hosting to host domain name and this is my main problem-I don't have paypal to pay for hosting. Also I can't make site larger and promote it more becouse of bandwith limit on free package hosting. If sold for BIN, I will add few more pages for buyer and update with new content after he upgrades hosting. This will get more visitors(more keyword terms on search engines) so reavnue is automaticly up. By the way eCPM on adsense is very good so more traffic can triple it's earnings very easy.

 

Lets make this offer more valuable: I will update site with new pages and more content for buyer(around 20-30 new pictures and 4 unique chemistry articles which are not published anywhere on the web and will not be after)

 

Isn't there some web tool like Copyscape, except for images instead of text?
