I was born a little late of the whole buy a domain name. . . strike rich later thing. But if ever there is another means of doing something similar. . .I will so do it. Skinny
I know what you mean. It is very difficult to find a decent domain these days without paying an arm and a leg for it.
I think that's a bit of a myth. The domain market is thriving at the moment. Names with .us extensions are beginning to increase in value and the .eu extension is currently in sunrise period, about to be rolled out to the general public early next year. It's too easy to think you've missed the money train, and as far as registering a one-word domain and selling it for mega-bucks, such as happened in the dot.com boom, you're probably correct, but there money still for the earning if you're prepared to learn and apply yourself. How many people during the early boom-time knew what was going on and made money from it? Not that many!
