Man, i encountered this story on shoutwire and it was hilarious

Also if you see how he get away with things you also realize that security precautions are not that sophisticated as you might think they are.

 

Haha.. he actually got them to tell him the maidenname. That's pretty crazy.

I feel like turning these kind of telephonecalls around as well, especially when you get asked if you are interested in buying something via the phone.

 

why don't VISA people uses voice identifaction tools ?
