Dear friends & all newcomers, Earning from google adsense is not impossible what others use to say who fail in earning. In this forum, you can read everyones threads on how they succeed in good adsense and the joy of getting big cheques. But behind these happiness, is there all hardwork. So never think, earning from adsense is not possible, but its hard in the starting. If you want use stratagies and website modifications in the starting then your earnings will be just peanuts in the starting too...Many threads will tell you that from last 2 years they are earning only $30 to $40. I just want to give you some tips...if you really want to make money from google adsense 1. In starting after creating google adsense account. forget about it and just concentrate on your website. Your website name play an important role. Always and always create domain particular to your website subject. if its on health, create domain that relates something to health. 2. After step 1., keep yourself as a visitor on your own site and ask yourself what you want on your site. You are your best guide. never use useless things on your site or meaningless contents. if site is related to electronics don't put anything related to entertainment or music etc. because it diverts your traffics and google is not crawling pages perfectly. 3. if you are an expert in html. make a decent website with arranging contents menus, and less images in a professional way. Remember all these will pay you. I have tested each and everything thing and every changes will give you result. 4. Use good color combinations. 5. Write an attractive content or articles on your site, if you cant write get writers for it. A simple article with no keyword will not going to give you any rankings in google. Remember you are not the one in google adsense...millions are in your way...and the best one comes first. So need a great hard work in writing keyword targetted contents. if you want i will help by giving keywords free...anytime contact me. 6. After your site is ready...be cool...for atleast 2 months. You won't get anything in the first 2 months... reason site is new, needs some time to be on google pages. 7. first you have to reach $50 to get pin... pin will be posted to you which will take 20 days atleast. when you enter again its past 15th of particular month or u have to cross $100 to get paid before 15th of any month. so in all in the starting it will take 2 months to get first payment. 8. never ever participate in auto surf, auto traffic, auto clicks like things. never exchange traffics. if you do you are lost. 9. Publicise your website in good classifieds and forums. start google groups, yahoo and msn. it all takes time. thats what i said in the starting its hard in the starting, but when it flows.........its yummyyyyyyy.... To know more about how to improve your rankings, writing content and anything about google contact me. I won't charge you anything ok...
I especially like tip #2. Try to look at your site from a visitor's perspective. Get opinions from family and friends that aren't into web development, and are just regular internet surfers. They will always give some perspective that you might not think of. Thanks for sharing.
Is it true that if you do something wrong with your adsense ads, google doesn't close your account right away? Do they wait and let you waste your time and make them more money from your site, and then just before they have to pay you, they close it? I'm really curious about this. Is there any way of verifying that my site is still eligible for payment? this is my site: http://gtempl.blogspot.com
Great post. I've found, as this thread essentially says, get back to basics and stop trying so hard to get complex. I"ve got a couple different sites that generate revenue and my blog actually pays for a whole server. but it took me 2 years to get to that point. What i find interesting is that sometimes I'll accidentally do something. won't see a problem on Google for a couple months. Then bam, i lose traffic. Then sometimes it takes me another month just to remember what I did Also, here's something I found out. My blog was listed (it's a political blog) in the Google Blog searches and got hit a lot. Also got hit in those google alerts. Later I redesigned the site completely and changed the look to a news site. My contributors add 8 to 12 new articles per day so there's plenty of content. But when I changed the site over I contacted Google. I asked them if they'd consider re-classifying the site as news instead of a blog. Low and behold a week later they did, and I've doubled my Google traffic because of it. It's amazing how many little things we can do. i'm still EXTREMELY new at this but I'm making progress.
Your tips and suggestions are perfect and precise. Its worthy to have ppl like you in forums!! keep it up!! Seems, we will be in touch soon and doing things together...
