Does anyone know how to contact matt cutts? I looked on his blog and didn't see a contact form, maybe I missed it.
I am sure he gets a lot of emails, but I need to discuss some things with him.

As an occasional reader of his blogs - I've tended to find that people who ask questions in thet comments are rarely answered - unless in a really broad sense (i.e. if enough people ask he'll post a general answer)

There's something up on his website at the moment that suggests that webmaster style queries that do not relate to the topic of his blog would be better directed to:
