when i first withdraw a check from my paypal, i was panicing and posting on every forums to when i will get the check. so i have decided to post this for all new users. 1) How many days it take to recieve a paypal check by postal? It take only 7 days for India. I get paypal checks in just 7 days. below is the check image. it was issued in 22th Aug. 2007 and I get it on 29th Aug. 2007. 2) PayPal checks can be withdraw at any bank in India within 2 days only if you have citibank in your locality. At citibank it wont take too much time to withdraw the fund. I hope somebody will find this thread useful.
Congrates Mate for getting your check in just 7 days... Everytime I need to wait 20-25 days to get my paypal checks. Now I am getting my money in just half & hour or so as I am using Xoom Now..
Take my case 45+ days ..no sign of Cheque nothing i can do except to wait how could you get cheque in 7 days...
I never got my paypal check in less than 14 days. You have any personal contact with any paypal employee ? Shashank now i think you have to request them for cancellation of your check as it already very late IMO otherwise just wait till monday and then go for it.
Well last time my frd DeluxDon was complaining about courier services to India and now the post office has made a record of sorts. Courier service going down Post office service going up. Good for Indians I guess. Al
Now i am thinking to wait a bit more becoz i ve heard someone got their cheque in 2 months...Lets see...
i dont know either why i get checks in 7 days... but that is what i get everytime i request for a check which i did 3 times only and i get it cleared in two days in my SBI acc. they treat the check as local check. but all the 3 checks i get in 7 days and i hope to keep getting the checks in 7 days in future as well.
I ordered a cheque on 2nd Aug and It hasnt arrived yet Should I cancel or wait for more days?... Can anyone please suggest.. Thanks Ash
since i see that peoples get checks after 60 days, so you should wait one more month... but if you dont get it after 60 days, then you should request for cancellation....
Have you ordered one before ? It can take time to arrive, especially if the postal services in you area aren't too good... Cancellation will lead you to lose $15
17 days for me. Every month i withdraw on the 6th & get the check on the 23rd, PayPal & Pune's postal service is consistent , i guess
RECEP i have a friend from estonia and he cant withdraw fund there. the only thing he can do is recieve payment. he have huge amount in his paypal by now and he still cant withdraw his money.... so i give him a better solution. i ask him to send the money to someone he can trust and they will withdraw his money and send him by western union..... i think he did that few months ago.... and get his mony via western union. however he have to pay a huge amount of fees at western union and a percentage to the person who take the risk for him.... but still something is better then nothing....
