Help!! Mesothelioma site is generating only $1 per click :S

I made a site about Mesothelioma because I wanted to make a lot of money per click, yet I'm only getting paid approximately $1 per click. Can anyone explain this to me? All the ads deal with Mesothelioma and none of them are PSAs.

Google are getting wise to mesothelioma MFA (as are we all). It doesn't pay as well as it used to!

 

I'll end the possible madness of sarcastic jokes here and go on to say that $1 per click is a fantastic CPC.

If you get 10 clicks in a day, that's $10 bucks! There's people that never even get ONE click worth $1, yet you're getting an average of the same amount?

Seems like you've found your niche. Stick with it, and let the cash roll in.

 

Very poor mate, my average for this keyword is 3.5 $ . I do not know why you are getting so poor.

Well it also depends from where you are getting these clicks... if you are getting traffic from orkut, myspace and the communities like this, then CTR will go down.
So invite quality traffic to get some more..

 

your site is probably new and it takes some time for google to give you the high paying clicks.....my earnings and cpc always improve over time....improve your site and content and google will start throwing the higher price ads your way...

 

It is true that advertisers are willing to pay a lot of money for keywords related to "mesothelioma".
However if you were in the shoes of the advertiser would you pay 30$+ per click for a person writing a few articles trying to make some quick bucks.

I don't think so I believe that mesothelioma lawyers are still paying a lot of money to advertise their business on google (the search engine) and perhaps in some cases on trusted authority sites dealing with the subject.

After all 1$ per click is not bad at all the problem is mesothelioma get rarely clicks. If i'm not wrong only a few per day.

If you want to be rich you will have to do something else.

You obviously made the site as a MFA (pretty much your words) to make some quick cash. Advertisers will see that in your conversions...

In approx 2 weeks you'll see your clicks going down to about 0.10-0.30 (possibly lower) CPC.

that's what you get for creating a MFA site based on a keyword like that..maybe you should write about subjects you have knowledge of.

 

i think it depends on the source of traffic. if your traffic source is google then you should get paid more.

Meso stuff started 6 years ago or so. Its so saturated now, supply exceeds demand. You are lucky you are getting $1/click. You are a few years late for $25 clicks.
